Generally, you cannot ride on the sidewalk. You can ride if there is a sign indicating that it is permitted.

All bicycles come with locks so you can rest assured.

You may or may not wear a helmet. We provide helmets for free rental.

- What should I do if I want to park my bicycle?

Please park your bicycle in a permitted area.
- Can I change my plan?

Yes, but please contact us at least one hour before you plan to return the bike.
- What should I do if my bike gets a flat tire?

Please have it repaired at your nearest bicycle shop. If you have a receipt, we will refund you the repair cost.
- Do you offer bicycle delivery?

We do not deliver bicycles.
- Can I return the bicycle to somewhere other than the store?

No. Please be sure to return it to the place where you rented it.
- How long does an electric bicycle battery last?

Depending on the type, you can ride about 40km, and it’s unlikely you’ll use it all up in one day.
- Can I use the restroom at the store?

We do not rent out toilets.

If there are any injured people, provide first aid. If an ambulance is needed, call 119.
