Please confirm the following items regarding the use of bicycles.
・If you are renting today, please return it within today’s usage hours. If you are renting for several days, please return it between 9:00 and 18:00 on the scheduled return date.
・If you think you will be late returning it, please contact us at least one hour before the end of your usage.
・If you exceed the usage time, an additional fee (all day fee) will be charged.
・Please note that we cannot accommodate requests outside the hours of 9:00 and 18:00.
・Please note that the option to use until 20:00 is not automatically applied.
・Please note that we cannot provide refunds if you return the item before the 20:00 usage hours.
Rental for a few days
If you rent for a few days, the rates are as follows.
Example: Rent a cross bike today and return it the next day (2 days)
If renting from 9:00: ¥2,500 x 2 = ¥5,000
If renting from 14:00: ¥1,980 + ¥2,500 = ¥4,480
