Please review the following guidelines regarding your rental:
Return Hours
- Same-day rentals: Please return the bicycle within the rental period.
- Multi-day rentals: Please return the bicycle between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on your scheduled return date.
Late Returns
- If you expect to be late, please contact us at least 1 hour before your scheduled return time.
- If the bicycle is returned after the rental period, an additional full-day rental fee will be charged.
Operating Hours Notice
- Please note that we cannot accommodate bicycle returns or inquiries outside our operating hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued if the bicycle is returned earlier than scheduled.
Deposit for Multi-Day Rentals
- A cash deposit of ¥10,000 per bicycle is required for multi-day rentals.
Please note: Restrooms are not available on the premises.
