Can I ride on the sidewalk?

As a general rule, bicycles must be ridden on the road. Riding on sidewalks is permitted only where indicated by a sign.

Does the bike come with a lock?

Yes. All bicycles are equipped with locks, so you can safely park your bicycle during your ride.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Helmet use is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. Free helmet rentals are available for your safety.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Credit cards are accepted.

Where can I park the bicycle?

Please park your bicycle only in designated areas.

Can I change my rental duration?

Yes, but please contact us at least one hour before your scheduled return time.

What should I do if I get a flat tire?

Please have the tire repaired at a nearby bicycle shop. If the flat tire was not caused intentionally, we will cover the repair cost. Please keep the receipt and present it when you return the bicycle.

Do you offer bicycle delivery or drop-off?

No. We do not provide bicycle delivery or drop-off services.

Can I return the bicycle to a different location?

No. Bicycles must be returned to the store where they were rented.

Can I use the restroom at the store?

No. Restrooms are not available on the premises.
