If a repair shop is nearby: Please visit a local bike shop to repair it.
If no shop is nearby or unrideable: Do NOT attempt to ride. Please walk the bike back to your hotel/accommodation and store it safely.

Do NOT leave or abandon the bicycle on the street under any circumstances.

In case of an accident
If there are any injured people, provide first aid. If an ambulance is needed, call 119.
Please contact the police and explain the details of the accident. You can contact the police by calling 110.

Outside of business hours:
Please submit your name, address, phone number, and details of the accident via this form.
If the bicycle is not movable, please also include its current location.
We will respond to your report during our next business hours.
