These terms and conditions stipulate the conditions for using Shitamachi Street’s (hereinafter referred to as our store) luggage storage service (hereinafter referred to as our service). Please read the following contents carefully before using our service.
Article 1: Application for Use
You can apply for use by filling out the application form. At that time, you may be asked to show proof of identity (driver’s license, etc.).
*Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than the business of our service.
Article 2: Hours and Fees
1. Luggage storage hours and fees are as follows.
Time: 9:00~18:00
Fee: 700 yen per piece of luggage (per day)
2. If the storage time is exceeded, an additional fee (per day) will be charged.
Article 3: Conditions of Use
1. Only those who agree to these terms and conditions can use our service.
2. We cannot accept items that violate the law or public order, valuables, cash, dangerous objects, animals and plants, or other items that we deem inappropriate.
Article 4: Scope of responsibility
1. We take great care in storing the luggage we store, but we are not responsible for any damages that occur in the following cases.
(1) Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, theft, accidents, or other force majeure
(2) If the contents of the luggage are not properly declared
(3) Damage caused by the nature or defects of the luggage
2. Compensation for damage to the luggage we store will be limited to the fee you paid.
Article 5: Storage period
We do not have a storage period. If the luggage is not collected after the usage time has passed, we will dispose of it.
